2018 Special Olympics USA Games to Announce Artistic Collaborations and Opening Ceremony Performers

SEATTLE – The 2018 Special Olympics USA Games will announce artistic and entertainment elements of the 2018 USA Games at a press conference on Tuesday, March 27, at Chihuly Garden and Glass. Scheduled announcements and speakers include:

Collaborations with local artists Miguel Edwards, Catherine Mayer and Chihuly Studio.
The creative vision for the Opening Ceremony at Husky Stadium on Sunday, July 1, and the first set of performers confirmed for the show.
Timothy Shriver, Chairman of Special Olympics International, will also address the audience.
