LOGO & BRAND GUIDELINES

For your convenience, the USA Games logo suite and brand guidelines are located in this Dropbox folder. All applications of the USA Games mark need to be pre-approved. Please forward proofs to your relationship manager with at least 3 business days to review.

USA GAMES JOB FAIR

Partners planning to participate in the first-ever USA Games Job Fair must register in advance. The LAST CALL deadline has been extended to Friday, May 25. Please email Stephanie Capps with questions or to register.  Review the overview (PDF). 

HONORED GUEST PROGRAM

If partners would like to receive Honored Guest credentials and tickets by June 22, please register by June 8. After June 8, credentials will be printed on-site only and distributed beginning June 30. Please contact Julie Knox with any questions about the Honored Guest program.

ON-SITE ACTIVATION

Partners planning to host an on-site activation or order equipment or technical services must register in advance. Partner resources can be found on this page, and general information about Fan Zone is in this Sponsor Guide (PDF). For additional questions, please contact your relationship manager.

SHIPPING TO THE GAMES

Items to be included in delegate or Honored  Guest gift bags must arrive at our warehouse by Friday, June 8. Partners may also ship items in advance for their on-site activation. Please follow the instructions on this document (PDF), and ensure the partner's name is clearly marked on the outside of all boxes. Partner materials will be transferred from the warehouse to UW during load-in.
