RESUME: Played football at Wilson High School in Tacoma, Washington State University, and for nine season with the Seattle Seahawks in the NFL.

WHY DID YOU WANT TO BE ON THE BOARD? An event like this that has so much positivity and smiles…I’m down for that. The competitors are so excited and happy. It’s great.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO THE ATHLETES? It’s about being focused. It’s not about competing against the other athletes, it’s about competing against yourself and being the best you can be. If you can be the best you at all times you’ll be successful.

WHAT IMPACT WILL THE GAMES HAVE ON SEATTLE? This is going to be huge for this area. There’s no better place for the games and I’d like to encourage everyone to ask a lot of questions and get involved.

WHAT SHOULD ATHLETES SEE AND DO IN SEATTLE? I love to get a good steak at John Howie Steakhouse. Get some good friends together and go out and chill, reward yourself for a job well done.
