IMA Venue

Basketball and volleyball competition will be held in the IMA and will give competitors and fans alike the chance to see one of the largest collegiate intramural facilities in the west.

It was remodeled in 2003 and doubled in size to over 260,000 square feet with a variety of activity areas and everything you could imagine in a private gym multiplied several times.

Volleyball and basketball will be played in four of the five gyms in the building. The gym is normally set up to accommodate three volleyball courts but for the 2018 Games the plan is to use two of the courts with the middle court serving as an area for bleachers, team benches, and official scoring tables.
